All athletes must be in good academic and behavioral standing in order to travel and play with their team.
Student may not have any failing grades
GPA must be a 2.0 or higher
Student must attend school the day before, the day of, and the day after traveling with their team
Student has to have completed necessary credits and passed their classes in the previous semester
Student must be in compliance with ASAA's tobacco, alcohol and drug policies (see ASAA handbook for more information)
If a student is currently failing or has a low GPA, they will be ineligible until the next progress check.
Student Physical Form
High School: $100 per sport
Middle School: $75 per sport
New to Planet HS Registration
Create a parent and student account, then link accounts
Fill out and sign forms electronically
Upload current physical (exam is good for 18 months)
Pay Sports Fee to school (cash or checks made out to CRSD
